Blackwell, our system for oil and gas, is first to market. You will be the first commercial hire: opening doors with operators and non-operated working-interest owners, translating their hardest back-office problems into the case for a new operating layer.
What the work looks like:
Own the early pipeline end to end, from first conversation to signed partner
Speak the language of JIBs, AFEs, royalty decks, and month-end close
Feed what you hear back into the product with precision
What we look for:
You have sold complex software into energy, finance, or the back office
You are credible with CFOs and controllers, and patient with long cycles
